Terms of use

1. Agreement

Nest Days is published by Cem Hurturk (“we”, “us”). By using Nest Days you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app as distributed on the App Store. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement applies to the extent it must.

2. Who can use it

Nest Days is for adults running a household. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in methods secure, including your Apple ID, Google account and email. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has access to it, email us.

4. Households

• You choose whom to invite to your household.
• Members of a household can see and change its shared events and tasks.
• A member can leave a household or be removed from it.
• Content added to a household stays with the household when its author leaves.

5. Your content

You own what you add to Nest Days. You give us permission to store, sync and show it to the members of your household, only so we can run the service. We don't use your content for advertising.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Nest Days to:

• store or share illegal content;
• harass or abuse other members of your household;
• try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits;
• scrape or access the service with automated tools.

7. Nest Days Premium

Nest Days Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, offered yearly or monthly. The yearly plan starts with a 1-month free trial and the monthly plan with a 1-week free trial. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings in the Settings app. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

• One subscription covers every member of the household.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• When Premium ends, your data is kept and Premium features hide.

8. Availability and changes

We may change Nest Days, and add or remove features. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Nest Days is a planning aid for households. It is not a safety, medical or employer scheduling system. Don't rely on it alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Nest Days is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost data, missed appointments or lost earnings. Our total liability for any claim about Nest Days is limited to the amount you paid for Nest Days Premium in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places don't allow these limits. Where that's the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

If you use Nest Days as a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there.

12. Changes to these terms, and contact

When we update these terms, we post the new version here and change the date at the top. For significant changes, we also tell you in the app. If you keep using Nest Days after a change, the new terms apply.
